today was such a mess. the pms monster has shown up again lol. im lacking sleep and had to move two units today. they switched spots. thats right...every patient and everything in their rooms up two floors and vice versa. everyone was a nutcase. all day i said to myself just for today i can put up with this. i will get through it. sure enough im home and happy. still tired though. lol. have the day off tomorrow so i will catch up with much needed sleep. and tonight my a and i are hopefully attending an open ca meeting. im interested to go as ive never been to one and want to hear their side of the story. aaahhhh im just so happy to be home :)

I am the admin. assist. at a treatment center and I like you find days where I have to keep telling myself...."and this too shall pass"  rest up and be gentle with yourself.
