Nonresistance, ironically, may be a posture we struggle with. Nonresistance means surrendering the ego absolutely. For many of us, the ego, particularly disguised as false pride, spurred us on to struggle after struggle. "Can't they see I'm right?" we moaned, and our resistance only created more of itself. Conversely, flowing with life, "bubbling" with the ripples, giving up our ego, releases from us an energy that heals the situationthat smooths the negative vibrations in our path. Peace comes to us. We will find serenity each time we willingly humble ourselves.Resistance is more familiar. Nonresistance means growth and peace. I'll try for serenity today.

STOP....BREATHE.....use my tools......release me from it.......
>>>>rosie>>>ok!! what happens when i am in the company of an abuser, and he starts abusive remarkes, etc, and i WALK AWAY.....remove me from the abuse....what happens??? the abuser has ZERO to work with.....NOTHING to "fan his flames" so why not apply this to life???? why "fan the flames" of the demons???? or dark forces???? why not starve them with "ok, i am giving this over to my body guard, and i am GONE"........i mean like who CARES **what** caused the victory, as long as i get it????? easy said!! but guess what??? with practice, i AM progressing in this area.......
>>>rosie>>>last night, i lost my mouth guard i have to wear to sleep so i dont' grind my teeth..its a simple thing that the sports kids wear...like it fits on my upper teeth, its clear, and its a tooth saver.......so?? last night i can't find the thing and its bed time i am looking all OVER the place and i can't find it........i am beginning to feel the anger and i say "STOP........i have CHOICES here".....

"ok spooks, you can have the thing and you can stuff it where the sun don't shine cuz i am going to RELEASE it".........than i did my self talk "ok, rosie, you have choices....you can go to bed and one night isn't gonna kill you....OR you can look for spares, cuz you gotta have spares (i did)....OR keep looking for the stupid thing" i choose to look for some spares, and if i coldn't find them, i would make a note to buy some more, than i would go to bed and hope that i would be ok (recovery is helping me in the teeth grinding thing too)............anyway, i RELEASED it...and what do ya know, i was going to my purse to look for a spare, adn there it was!!! the original!!! right there on the cutting board on the counter.............NON resistance!! RELEASING it!!! and of course i had to get my "shot" at the demons....kick them a little!!!! what the hell, god says "revenge is mine" but why should HE get all the fun all the time???? just kidding!!!!! this NONresistance thing WORKS!!!!!
