So this morning my roommate and I had a yard sale.  I need to earn the money towards a deposit on a new place.  I could have been super stressed during the sale but wasn't.  Before we started I took time to pray and leave the results in God's hands.  Well, today had good results.  Tomorrow I will pray again before the few hours we will put in in the morning.  God didn't have to allow the good to happen but it has.  I am thankful for that.  He met my needs over and over again in my past and I believe he will continue to do so.

So we finished up the yard sale this morning and I made a couple more dollars.  Not much but I wouldn't have made any if I hadn't been willing to sell some items I had all ready packed for moving.  It is good.  What I didn't really want to keep afterwards I took to the thrift shop.  That way the items can be put to use by someone at sometime in the future.

Was a bit worried about my car this morning - the check engine light was on.  Well, it turned off later in the day so it seems it is likely just a strange short in the electrical tied to my power locks on the doors.  But it is time to go in for my 78k maintenance so if it is indeed something more they will find it.  I of course am praying that nothing will be wrong since financially it is a burden I can't handle.

This has been a nice day so far.  A couple hours left this afternoon - need to do some preparing for work tomorrow and rest.  I am thankful.

Nice to hear that you and your HP are getting along. LOL I too am amazed at when I really look back at times when I really really needed a dollar, my HP provided it to me very unexpectedly. Thanks for sharing this sis your bro in recovery, ;) Bob
