Coming out of Curves this morn as a member friend was arriving. Gave me a hug. Now that Ive posted it on the boards the other night they seem to be coming to me.

Also article in the paper the other day on the power of hugs. May this be the year to hug! It may not be from the person Im most looking to receive one from (A husband) but they are being given and Im thankful.

I have found that when I need a hug it sometimes works to give one.

If I want a hug from my husband I often just put my arms around him and hug. He usually hugs me back.

The "year of the hug" Wow -what a nice thought

I agree, a hug or even a smile can somehow make my own day or someone elses in return even alittle sweeter -almost by osmosis.
