I just wonder why sometimes my A husband is more interested in his black russians than his wife! Guess its time to get to my bed and leave him to drink with his drinking buddy. Have a good night everyone - tomorrow is a new day.

Maybe the interesting question is....with the whole Universe to love us, why do we seek love from the A who is lost in their disease and unable to give it?

Yes, Barbara, I have wished that more times than not. I was even so desperate when I was newly divorced from my first husband, that when he came to see our daughter at that time, I actually asked him to hug me!! Not to have a hug from HIM, but just to be hugged by ANYBODY! Something about satisfying our basic human need for touch (safe touch)...

I do like what Waking Up said about why we seek love from the A who is lost in their disease. It just makes no sense to me...why we love them the way we do.
