im going nuts. i cant get into chat. i cant sleep. its 3:30am i tried to lie down but couldnt. just kept thinking.and feeling sorry for myself. i hate that. my mind is just racing right now. ahhhhhhhhhhh

Me too, I hate the mind racing thing. It is driving me crazy. I just emailed my friend and told her the same thing. It races when I am trying to fall asleep and it is racing when I wake up, so I get up. Any good old movies on? Just something to occupy your mind a little. If you are not going to sleep anyway, don't just lay there and let your mind race, at least I cannot do that, it drives me insane. Hey if you read this, maybe there is another way we can chat. Do you have AIM, I could use my son's screen name, if I could figure out how. Hopefully you have fallen asleep by this time.
