By now, ya'll know I have not been having such a hot day (literally). We finally got a fire going in the fire place. I haven't tended a fire since I was a girl scout. I actuallu tore up my daughter's dresser for wood. (Promised to buy her a new one before she comes home). I got the living room nice and toasty and the kids fell asleep on the living room floor. My husband, dogs and I were enjoying watching the fire. He told me he thought there was enough water in the tank to take a nice hot bath. He lit the candles for me since the houe was completely dark. There I was in a hot tub of water with the candles burning and thinking that this day didn't turn out so bad after all. I was thinking how much I enjoyed playing a game with my son that I normally would have been too busy to play and all of a sudden the power came back on. It was wonderful. I knew immediately that it was my HP telling me to be thankful for my blessings and enjoy being in the moment no matter what the moment holds. It was awesome. Thank you to everyone here that was so supportive today. You all are awesome!!!

You inspired me, I am going home tonight after work and I am going to take a hot bath, give myself a facial and just relax in my beautiful apartment that I managed to keep through unemployment, an alcoholic who has to get the rent from his mom sometimes and a job that pays 3000 less than my last job a year, and I lived at home then. I liked your story..
