I felt very out of sorts today - just cried for no reason but I was alone, maybe it is just the changes that are coming or a release - I was a alone at my mother's house.

I went to the Sunday PM mtg in the room, I was feeling all confused & with this sense of loss.

I usually like to try to give a topic so I can be a part of the meeting...  I felt so yucky & boom HP delivers 3 topics that combine in a way that help me to realise something.  Stopping the insanity, ppl pleasing & changes.  I just hadn't gottn my "shot" of this Program yet for the day & I felt a lot better.
