And I haven't for the last few days.I spent time with my family and I will be happy to tell you all that my mother is going to 90 meetings in 90 days, well, she is attempting to and has been to meetings twice a day since Friday. I would say I am proud but I don't want to sound like I had something to do with it. She is trying and it is inspirational to see. I guess it gives me hope for the boyfriend and myself too. I am going to have a good holiday and enjoy the food, that's my goal, and yes it's simple,but it's all I can do right now. Wish me luck

Good luck!  Simple is good.  They say Al Anon is a simple program for complicated people and boy are they right.  That is really great about your mom.  It will do her a world of good.  Enjoy your Thanksgiving.

I've been here for 20 yrs...  I love the slogans, the whole program, steps, traditions, the ESH & the ppl.

Focus on yourself, love yourself...  nothing can be more simple than this.
