Here are some thoughts I have to inspire you to keep moving forward. But nothing is going to ring more true than your own carefully chosen words. So think about where you want to go---physically, spiritually, mentally------your "choice". Once you've decided, write it down and now you have a simple and foolproof navigation system.

I will never take a step backward (sideways, diagonally, up, down but never back) except to "visit" step one.

I will contemplate my own limitations and then exceed them.

I will become my own role model.
