Yesterday my husband has asked me about taking the car so he could go to the srap yaurd. I said no so he punished me. His son had to go to somewhere and my husband didn't want to take the ride but it is his grown son and the neighborhood isn't the nicest so he came. But he punish me the whole time. He started to argue in the car, and I tried really hard to keep my cool. When I droped off his son which I was the one who did the favor he was so angry. My one friend online called me and I am not good at saying her name I have a bad memory when I am stressed. Well I couldn't get her name right so he asked why do people on the internet have fake names. I was trying to explain but he didn't want to hear anything I was saying he just wanted to fight so I was not going to give in to that. So I called people on the phone to talk to me so I wouldn't have to hear him going on. But he had said that the people online are filling my head with lies. When I got home because he kept going on I went to a store parking lot and I called one of my friends and then talked to her for a little while. When I first got back he wasn't home and the old me would of been very upset about him being gone. The new me was happy. He though was not gone that long. When he back he turned on the radio really loud because he wanted to make me mad but that wasn't going to happen. I went into the bedroom and locked the door and watch my tv show. Toward the end he tried to open the door and since it was almost over I open the door and he like why did you lock the door I said lying I don't know. So I went back into the bedroom had the tv and the fan going an I went to sleep. I wasn't worried that he wasn't in the room or in the house. But I did know he was in the house though.

Wow! good for you!!! I am so impressed, I mean it. That takes so much thought,
and strength to do that under that stress.
I tell ya, keep doing this, keep having things ready to go do, keep making your
own life and soon all ya do will come natural. oh my God, i am so glad to have
you share your miracle! This is such cool progress.
I remember having to clench my teeth and go outside not to respond. lol
Yesterday the disease had my husband again. Everytime he said a cuss word, I turned
my back and walked away, his disease would be like wait, uh, sorr com ba
lol I just ignored and did my thing.
