Just for today, I wanted to express my gratitude for all the wonders of my life.

Just for today, I have you my wonderful friends, to help guide me through my recovery.

Just for today, I have life, breathe, and happiness.

Just for today, I can smell the popcorn my son is making, taste the food that I am able to provide, see the wonders of nature, touch my friends with adoring hugs.

Just for today, I am able to learn from my HP.

Just for today, I can appreciate my life at this moment and at this time with the gratitude this program has given me.

Just for today, I can be happy and enjoy my life without the worries that might plague me tomorrow.

Just for today, my life is good, and I am good.
