(((((((((((((Chrissy))))))))))))))),
Breathe deeply and my grandmother used to say "Count to 10"
Remember the slogans - Easy Does It, Keep It Simple, First Things First.
Keep working your program. Keep the focus on you. If you work your program, he can work his and slowly, slowly become together.
Give my love to (((((((((Amanda)))))))))) too and remind you and she of the 3 C's -- don't walk on cracked eggs because no matter what happens -- You did not cause it; you cannot control it; and you cannot cure it.
Keep coming,
Love Maria

Hi Chrissy...
I will sure keep you and your family in my thoughts!
He is probably just as nervous as you are, did you ever think of that? So do as the slogan says and let it begin with you-- try to accept each moment as it comes, not worry about what is coming next or how the accumulation of moments will turn out.
Tomorrow and for the next little while, any time you find yourself with a specific expectation or harboring a desire for a certain specific outcome, think in your head that you will postpone that expectation for 24 hours. If you find yourself worried, wait to worry in that same way. When you pray, pray only for HP's will for you and the power to carry it out.
Physical sobriety is so important, but it does not resolve everything overnight, and his physical sobriety is not in your control anyway. Work to maintain your emotional sobriety, keeping your expectations and your will out of the situation as much as you can...I find the more I can do this the less disappointment I experience, and the less pressure my loved ones feel from me.
Best wishes, good thoughts, and warm hugs!
