Hey folks,

Just an update - haven't been on for awhile - if I have, it's been short to catch a meeting.  I'm going crazy getting ready to move - going through stuff -OM gosh - where does it all come from?  I've managed to mostly clean daughter's room - get stuffed animals & keepsakes into boxes - it helped so much ya'll listening to get those feelings out for an empty nester.  I still find stuff that brings me up short - family issues & stuff that I journal my feelings on, but am detaching from those feelings for now, so I can make progress with my goal.  I'm moving to a 1 bedroom here in the same complex - yep where the shootings happened, (think they arrested 1 dude) but HP protects me everyday. This is an emotional move because I won't have a room for my daughter to come visit for the first time in 19 years.  One positive is it will be less to clean.  I'll come in to chat or meet when I can.  I hope all of you are well.  Grateful for this fellowship, and HP help today.  Take care roomies.

hey cedarpines! I've been asking if anyone's seen or heard from you , you have been on my mind and I was wondering if you were alright! I'm so glad to see a post from you!

I've had the empty nest syndrome for quite a while now,,, and it's no fun! But , finally you get used to it. may not like it , but used to it. I'm glad they arrested someone in the shooting, maybe things will stay calm for you now.

Let us hear from you and I will look forward to seeing you back in the chat room sometime, don't envy the move as I hate moving!

know that we're thinking of you and all are glad you're alright and doing something for you , even if it's only less to clean!
