I remembered today that I used to think I was lucky to be living my life.  The last time I thought that was far too long ago.  I want to feel that way again, I think I am ready.

That day will come my friend as soon as you make the choice.  I was desprate to be happy and thought that it was everyone elses responsiblity to do that for me.  What I have learned with this program is, that no one but me is able to do that.  I am in charge of me and my choices. Once I agree to the mood Im in or if I decide whether I am happy or sad, it is amazing to me what will happen.  I wish you luck, you will make it, you are just starting your journey, the road may be long and you never want it to be straight that would be boring. Having lots of twists and turns is what keeps us moving forward,

I have learned that when we start to look for one thing that is wonderful or a miracle everyday, we will soon start enjoying our life more.  Try it, it's easy you can just be driving around and see a rainbow, or children playing, sometimes a smile of a stranger.....
