i need some one to help me. i need an online sponsor i feel as if i am losing my mind i know i can be strong sometimes ,but this is a very bad weekend for me everthing was going great and bam back to this crap again.

I cannot be a sponsor yet. I believe to be a sponsor I need to finish my 12 steps even though I do have over a year and a half in on alanon. I hope someone has offered to be your sponor. But I wanted to echo what Nikkilou has said. I am here if you need to chat. I have been in the program for over 4 years, but I need to be a little more into my own recovery before I am able to support someone else in their's. However listening is something I can do well.
