Living a lie is how I live

Trust no one unless an issue they give

I live in my own little world

I have been hurt more than you can imagine, or even care

People don’t understand, and look and me and just stare

I pray to my angel up above to take me home because I feel so alone

With all of my broken dreams and things never as they seem

Tears are running down I cry to God to please let me drown, and then I fly away

Heal me and Make me whole

 

 

I pray to you with all of my heart& soul to heal my broken heart and make me whole

I have been hurt many times before. I cannot take it anymore

I want to be sooo numb so that I cannot feel

I have pain that is too deep to heal

I want to run away but there is nowhere to hide

I have too many deep scars inside

I smile, but am not alive

Those are beautiful as maria said. I think it is amazing you choose to place your thoughts in poems, and not act on them. Thoughts are thoughts they are only that, and thinking them is one thing doing them is another. That is very theraputic to write poetry to get your thoughts out and that is what you are doing, kind of like journaling in a different way. I think they are great and sad at the same time. I thank you for sharing so much of your personal thoughts with us. I am so glad you are writing it is excellent! It gets it out of your head I think your  very talented . Keep it up It also takes alot of courage to post such deep, personal and scary thoughts. You chose to do something good with your thoughts and you havent acted on them since you are still here. I am so glad you didnt take your life. The world would be missing something truly would. Hang in there Lauren.  And again thank you.  I think you are very courageous at your age and all you have been through to come and seek help for yourself and be so very open with all of us. You keep doing what you do best. writing. Dont ever let anyone tell you who you are. Take good care
