You know what I am sick and tired of???
*the fact that my husband, my A, can go out and do whatever / whenever he wants without any regard to our kids or me
*the fact that he can go out and get drunk to get away from his problems
*the fact that I have to do EVERYTHING around this house to make it run
*the fact that I am going to be the bad guy when I ask him to leave
*the fact that nothing gets done around here unless I ask someone to do it
*the fact that when it rains it pours
*the fact that I am the only one working on trying to get better
*the fact that I cannot get away without feeling guilty
*the fact that I sleep in our foster child's room because I can't stand sleeping in a stinky room with a drunk
*the fact that all the bills are in my name, we are in debt over our heads and when we separate it will be my credit that will be bad
*the fact that I have not been able to give my kids the childhood they deserved
*the fact that life is too short to be spending so much time unhappy
Well that is enough for now.
I needed to get that out.
Thanks.
Linda

Know what I love about all of us that are working the program.....
*the fact that we care enough about ourselves to stop and think about the choices we make and how they affect others.
*the fact that we love ourselves enough to share our feelings without having to alter our reality.
*the fact that we are strong enough to have learned to take care of everything ourselves
*the fact that we are strong enough to make it on our own.
*the fact that we are not afraid to ask for help to get done around our homes
*the fact that we learn to enjoy the sound of pouring rain
*the fact that we are learning to care enough about ourselves to get better
*the fact that we are learning that we can get away and do nice things for ourselves
*the fact that we know to be healthy we need a good nights sleep even if that means sleeping in another room
*the fact that we know that our credit report can be rebuilt over time, when the time is right
*the fact that we have learned we are a work in progress and that is a wonderful lesson to share with our children
*the fact that life is too short and we are learning on a daily basis exactly what we need to do for ourselves to live a happy healthy life.

That was a great share. I don't have kids so I can't relate there. But my name is on the bills so if anything where to go wrong it is my credit that would be ruin.

Sandie and Mary--
Sandie I understand exactly everything you said. Right now what is getting me the most is the debt. It can get so overwhelming and scary!
Mary--think you for reminding us of the positive. Sometimes we get bogged down with what is right in front of us and forget to look at it from another perspective---I do anyway!!! Thanks for helping us see it in a different way!!

Sandie we all feel like that sometimes I remember feeling like that when I first came into the program.
But by working my program, I have been able to think like Mary.
This program is truly amazing, it helps change your thinking and then slowly everything starts changing.
Keep Coming Back!
