My weekend.     SATURDAY: 11:00-5:00 I was with my neice we getting our nails done, rented a kid move. She is about 10 yrs old. 4:30 I call my husband to see where he is an he told me by his friends house. Ok I tell him that I am going to be droping my neice off around 5pm. I drop my neice off at 5:00 because she is going to eat diner.   5:00 I tell my sister I am going to pick my husband up and then we are going to go  home. Well I get there an he wants to stay longer. I ask him if I could come in and he said no because the wife wasn't not home. So I went back to my sister upset. Ok a couple of hours go by I call him again and he stills doesn't want to go home. I know I could of went home with out him but at that time I wasn't thinking about that. Well it now reaches 8:00 and I told him I am coming to get him he again says oh 15 minutues. Well I had about enough of waiting. I drive to the house an leave my car running, lights on. Go to see that he was in the house I knock on the door and see that he is walking toward the door. I have been friends with these people too it isn't just his friends mind you. But in this house there has know to be drugs. These people are not in program. My husband has done drugs there as well. When to continue with the story I tell him I want to come in an say hi to them and then I end up having some tea and stayed for a hour.   Sunday spent time with friends.

Dear Becky, Thank you for posting this. Understand what you are going through, posting helps others in same position. You know what you know, dear friend, you know what is going on, in that house. Your decision, but, listen to the previous share - you really dont have to hang around, waiting for him. Unless you choose to do exactly that thing. so, no excuses,alanon is an honest program - it is your choice, wait around, or, do something else.... you can not blame him for your choice.
