i always see the words coda and halt in posts and chat what do these stand for?

coda - I am not sure but I believe that stands for codependents anonymous?

Halt - Are you Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired?  When we are feeling out of sorts, we are reminded to "halt" and look to see if we are one of the above.  It is part of self-care, do we need to eat, to deal with a feeling, to get some rest?
