my x called 3x more today on my cell & when i saw  it was him i gave my daughter the phone to answer it and i let her talk to him.

my husband came & took us to bowling. my daughter took her boy friend. we had a great time and she kissed my husband , high fived when she got a strike or he did to we had a really nice time. she hasn't seen him or spoken to him since he left. after bowling he went to his moms where he was staying. he said he was tired so, i called my friend and asked if she still wanted to go to the cheerleading dinner. which i had tickets to  so she picked me up and we had a great time. i think my husband  was shocked  i went but i wanted to go. why should i stay home alone. drinks were included but i drank soda. drinking makes me sick after what i have seen it do  to my husband. he called and said he was going to sleep and said he loved me & would talk to me tomorrow.

         his mom has issues she doesn't like when i call to talk to my husband she gives him trouble.even if i call his cell thats all i call anyway. so i wait for him to call i feel like i am 10 years old when it comes to her. today i was going to write her a letter thanking her for taking care of my husand but she is a bitc*i wouldn't waste my ink on her he says he thought he could handle his problem but now he realizes that he can't and he won't mess up again.

You handled the phone calls with your ex well .  He will soon get the message you don't want to talk to him. I am so glad you had a lovely day out with your husband and daughter she is obviously reaching out to her Dad and getting to enjoy quality time with him when he is sober.  Forget about your husband's mother, keep the contact minimal there otherwise it will come back to bite you like before.  Luv Leo xxx

chrissy   GOOD 4  YOU!!!  you did great!!!!!   i can relate with the mom in law thing....mine enabled my A  ex,  and i was the one who was at fault for our crappy relationship!!!!

I so happy for you.  I hope you and your daughter had a great time on your double date.

I'm glad you went out with a friend to.  Isn't it nice to do stuff again and feel normal.  I can really relate about your mother inlaw.  Mine is also strange.  She wants us to come for thanksgiven.  I told my husband (my A) to say no.  I would rather stay home alone.  She pushes him to have a drink. Say its a holiday or its your father have a drink with him.  She doesn't get it he is sober 10 mos now.  The other day she was mad that he would not go with his borther to a strip joint for this birthday.  She is soooo  weird just because she  lives with an A and puts up with it she thinks I should to.  Well keep up the good work.   I throw my A out twice before he got sober.  It can happen work on you and things just start to  fall in place.

yes we all deserve happy days!! its nice to hear when things go well!!  it gives us hope that we can have that too. well i'm off to cheerleading my daughter is cheering today.
