Tonight I lost my temper with my A husband. I was fumming mad when he got home but rather than saying any thing or yelling like I would have before alanon I just left. I did hang up on him earlier and when I did actually loose my temper let him know that his deception did anger me... It could have been worse.. So in my sick actions rather than confronting him at the door in my rage I typed up a visious email which I did NOT send as I knew that my anger would pass and what I had typed would be hurtful and wrong. I did not send it but I saved it in my out box to read at a later time and learn from my wrong doings. Well...I had my meeting tonight which I would have totally blown off but I thought I was chairing and felt I had to attend so I reluctantly went and found out later that I did not have to chair tonight but next week. HP here at work!!! I totally needed to be at that meeting and my HP got me there!!!
I felt much better just after I walked in the door and again HP was at work because I decuided before I got to the meeting that I would just listen as I was in such a foul mood!!! I was asked to read from the book our group is currently reading and of course asked to share on the subject which I did and then again asked to share first for the group as we went around the table.
My HP was totally kicking my butt into gear tonight as he/she is truely the only one that knows what I need.
Well after all this HP stuff I come on to the computer when I get home and go to check my email and of all things the nasty email got sent...grrrr So I went into hubbys email here at home a deleated it right away with out reading it again... Now I am praying that he doesn't recieve it at work and will try to let go and let god as I have realized tonight that m HP has been paying extra attention to me tonight...
I just wanted to share about the little things that I sometimes egnore but feel much better when I do pay attention.

yup! HP sure put in a full day! I'm so glad he/she was helping you too!!! Glad to see you using Alanon program, isn't it great?
I was a wreck yesterday as my daughter and my new grandson moved back to Alberta :( I'm sad for me, but happy for them. It has been really windy and stormy here, and I was so worried. The baby had been really cranky, and I felt so bad for her, as she had a 7 hr flight. I looked after him for a few hours and she got some desperatly needed sleep, and he and I got some extra cuddling.
I was strung up like a banjo, as my Mom used to say, but got a call from her and they had a wonderful flight!! She also has a new home, and absolutly loves it, and a new-to-her car (spoiled, or what?) I'm sooo happy for her. I met her fiancee and really like him too.They gave it an honest try down here, but were barely scraping by doing exactly the same work for a LOT less money. It's so hard to think of them being so far away, but at least we'll have the internet and web cams. I LOVE modern technology!!
So happy you were able to hold it all together. I know with my computors, if I check my mail on one, it doesn't come up on the other, so hopefully your deleting worked. Praying for you, my friend, Love TLC
