The reading today in the language of letting go, talks about being gentle with yourself. Take it slow and easy, change, good or bad, has been hard for me. I'm learning that I don't have to put on a brave front that if I am feeling some emotion, it's okay to feel it. Hang in there.

((((Soberbedwetter)))). I know that feeling. I've had it before myself. Keep coming back here and talking. We all LOVE you dearly and it will get better. God loves you very much too...it is my belief that it is our HP who rescues us when we find these rooms. Take care. Scamper

(((sober))))
There is a lot of healing and hope here waiting for you. You can replace that emptiness with good things, courage, hope, love for yourself and sanity. What you probably didn't realize while you were struggling here is many were praying for you to find peace.
Keep coming and get to a meeting if you can.

I feel your pain today, and am impressed by your openness with what you are feeling....
I remember hearing from some wonderful recovering A's, who reminded me of the fact that the "worst day sober is better than the best day drunk", and I think you can take that as a real positive.... The fact that you are sober today, and the fact that you ARE feeling those feelings, as tough as they are, is a testament to your recovery....
Keep sharing as you are able.... you are in a far better place today, than yesterday....
Take care

This is a time to stay as close as you can to your program - there is comfort there, as you know.
I know that stomach thing - as if you will really die from the pain. You won't though - emotions are just emotions. There are healthy ways to get through this - please reach out for help.
