Hi - I need to apologize to all of you for not keeping up with my committment to the Step Board. My neck surgery was the same surgery for the second time in 2 1/2 years and guess it took much more out of me than I realized. Thought I'd bounce right back but my body didn't cooperate - was very tired and disinterested - but this week I seem to have turned a corner - feel much better and feel able to participate.
