troublemaking cousin is thankfully not comin up here...
social security evaluation is over; this one emphasized drugs, alcohol and anxiety. It took a lot out of me and I'm beat. The local social security office has my file now so that's taken care of as well.
a supportive cousin called from out of the blue and we will try to get a regular contact time set up.
My fixed expenses look good too...compared with what i used to spend ($760 in rent and utilities alone every month...
car insurance $65 a month
storage locker $47 a month
gasoline $80 a month (mostly for transit to Gresham to get resources; 10 miles each way from home base)
transit pass $66 a month
food $100 a month (along with $150 in food stamps)
gym membership $35 a month (i still owe em $110)
operating expenses $100 a month
laundry $20 a month
and i still have $200 left...so you see it IS doable :))
infinite gratitude to all...

P.S. i'm learning how to cheat intelligently to get my needs met :)
