One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, "My son, the battle is between 2 "wolves" inside us all.
One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.
The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith."
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: "Which wolf wins?"
The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."

That was just awsome. I need to write that one down!
May everyone here have a good week.
Here's my addition from a favorite book of poems:
We must never forget that we are sisters, that we brothers, that we are a Family.
Brought here to help one another.
Live strong,
Karilynn

Dad,
I agree "WOW" Except this is not just "Wisdom for the Week" It's wise wisdom for everyday, and I too will need to write this down.
Something I heard at my meeting is also worth passing onto others:
Time flies if you're having fun ---Or Not.
Thank You so much for sharing, T
