Monday I got a call from my alzheimer mom. She drove my dad from canada back to USA 3 hours. He was very ill but he wouldn't let her call an ambulance. She called me and my husband drove me asap to their house 2 hours away. I assessed the situation and called 911.  He ened up having E-Coli. The nurse that put in his catheter broke a blood vessel and now he needs surgery with a special lazer machine that won't be in town until the 20th. I am the only one that can take care of my parents and I have my own health issues. My mom has beginning stages of alzheimers and is a handfull. My dad has a mechanical heart valve, a defibrulator and a triple pacemaker and parkinsons etc. They are 74 and 76. I my have to be here until his surgery on the 20th and they may send him home tomorrow with his catheter and bag until surgery. Hopefully they will set up a home healh care nurse. I sure could use prayers. I am also concerned about my marriage. My husband hasn't bee happy with anything lately but did say to stay as long as needed since all I do is sleep and do nothing at home anyway. I will try to keep in touch on the computer at this library. Right now my mom decided it is time to leave,,,,,alzheimer people take alot of patience and energy. So, Please keep us in your prayers. I really want my marriage to work and the last thing I need now is a divorce :(  I will be saying prayers for all of you!!! Take care and work your program and I am trying hard to work mine. Please let DE, Kis, Cjo and Josey know I posted this since they knew something happened but were not quite sure what. I was in the chatroom the night I called the urgent call from my mom. I can't begin to imagine how difficult all this is for you.  I know stress increases your pain level so it will be important to take care of yourself.  You absolutely have my prayers and thoughts as well as for your family.
