Does anybody know what's wrong?

When I want to go in, it says webmaster.com closed or it already says quit, or it says connect at top and quickly flashes to closed.....?

The company's firewall does not allow me to chat.

Are you behind a firewall of some sort?

Try using a different port #...   Typically when that happens on a system that you've always been able to access the chat room on before, it is because that there is maximum users on that particular ircnet and port #.

I havent been able to get into chat for 3 days...................sniff.....sniff......it says chat conference room not found......waaaaa.........wwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaa.....help!!!!!!!!
