Hi Dori,
Glad to hear things are going a little better. I'm wondering, what is it you are doing differently to help you sleep? My A has not been able to sleep for more then a few hours at a time for over two years since a car accident. He has tried several different non-addictive sleeping pills (from doctor) but they don't work on any consistant basis. He had tried light exercise ( back injury) and although that helps a little, nothing seems to get him to sleep through the night. His overall health is surffering because of the lack of sleep.
Anyone?
Agatha
