I've been in chat a lot lately & I try to read something on the boards everyday, I don't get to them all.

But I have to say, the strength & wisdom I have gained in this painful month has been profound.  Now, I want to give the same phrases back...

Grief is a part of letting go.

All of the love & attention you place on your A, focus it on yourself. (put yourself first)

Putting yourself before this disease is not selfish.

Be objective, if your *best friend* was telling you (your own story) what advice would you give?

Infidelity is a need for power, not a lack of love or romance.
