Hi I know that it has been quite a while since I have posted and I just want to check in.  I have been keeping bussy this summer doing things with the kids.  I am doing good and have really noticed the progress of my program and keeping bussy helps alot to keep the focus on me.  This summer has been fun for the kids and I and alot of the quality time that we have been spending with each other is great all around.

I want you all to know that I have been quickly been reading some of your posts and I want you to know that even though I have not been relpying I am thinking of you and praying for thoes that need my prayers and the love that I send out in my thoughts.

You guys are the best most supportive people I have had the opportunity to meet and I am greatfull for that.

I hope that everyone elses summers are going great too!!
