1. It is not my fault.

2. I can't cure it.

3. I can leave it.

4. Our kids are most important.

5. I deserve alot.

6. I deserve to be loved and to love.

7. I  know the county sheriff's phone number.

8. I will not allow abuse. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

9. I will be compassionate to those who are ill.

10. My higher power has great plans for me. (I just have to pass this test)

11. Let go and let god sometimes means letting go of your spouse.

12. God looks after all of us.

13. Without pain there is no joy.

14. Who do I take care of? (ME)

15. I won't interfere with god's plan for my A.

16. I have many choices.

17. It is better to give.

18. I can start the day over at any time.

19. I am the only person I need.

20. When I get caught on a thought that is bothering me I can erase it from my mind by telling myself to ERASE ERASE ERASE ERASE until it goes away. Just keep saying erase until it is gone.
