I planned on posting tonight some of the stuff going on in my life but it all seems so trivial...after reading the pain in some of the posts here I wonder how anybody could hurt somebody else so much. I am so ashamed of my behavior when I was drinking and I wish all you nothing but happiness and love. For those of you that are still with your A's know that sobriety can happen and things may change for you and I hope that they do, noone deserves what has happened to you. For those of you that have found the courage to leave and go on with your lives, keep doing what you are doing. I do not believe that GOd means for us to be unhappy and if you are right now, then He has a greater plan for you than you can imagine. And you will know peace and serenity...
Love to you all, cheri

Hello Cheri,
Thank you so much for your wisdom that you shared. I am a mother of a 21 year old alcoholic/drug addict and I know how bad she feels about all she has put us through. Forgiveness is so good and healthy. Putting all that has been done in the past and starting new has been so good for her. My husband is the one with the problem with that but it is the 3 Cs for me on him. I feel so bad for my daughter with her struggle with alcoholism. She is doing well and I am so proud of her. Thanks again for your post. cdb :)
