Hi You guys

Me again...asking for more prayers.

A baby girl was born a few hours ago to a young coulpe ( family friends)  with "severe downs- syndrome" and there is a possibility the little girl may not make it

This news came as a total shock to the family, as prenatal testing had never revealed a problem

The young parent's names are David & Lisa ... please pray for them and their baby

There is a sadly ironic twist to this ...as I write this , My boyfriend's sister in law ( Michelle) is in labor with HER 1st baby ...at the *same* hospital ( her husband's name Jimmy)

Michelle & Jimmy are best friends w/ the parents of the struggling infant ...just hours ago, everyone was so happy, excited and amazed at the co-incidence of 2 best friends having babies the same night , in the same hospital ...

Now ...one family is on the edge of a tragedy , while the other is , hopefully , awaiting joy

So please pray for them all

(((((((((((((((((((((((FIONA)))))))))))))) My heart saddened a little about this fighting little angel may this precious little girl keep on fighting To ((((((David & LIsa))))))))) May your sweet little girl  thrive, and become strong and survive, Though she has been diagnosed with DOwns syndrome I can tell you that she will be just as any other child, God has chosen her to be the special flower in our garden, My girl friend has a downs son, he is 15 now like my daughter Kelsey and let me tell ya what a great young man he is, he is definatly a challange, but his smile would melt your heart. I work with Mentally challanged kids and under each one lies a beautiful person, Downs children actually many of them grow to be high functioning adults, I know from teaching them they can learn. I have a downs boy in my class he is 14 and he can tell time, do basic math like a 3rd grader he is fluent in sign language, and has a kindergarden reading level, but these children go to school till 22 yrs of age in Massachusetts, and your little flower may even attened public school instead of a collaborative, but blessed so much, for remeber even though, someththing has saddened your heart, with the news of Downs, and this tender little girl has to struggle to survive, you are blessed for many who have hopes of a child, can never concieve or afford to adopt, God chose you both as parents and this little girl Bless her tender heart, has graced our world with her pres.
