As long as he will go to the counselor....wow!   It took my husband several attempts this time around to make it stick.  He had years and years of denial, habits, etc.   I believe we are on five months sobriety.  One attempt at AA didn't get us here.   I'll keep you in prayers and the counselor, sounds like a good one to me!
