He said that he has alot of emotional scars from growing up with 2 alcoholic parents
He got alot of physical and mental pain and is struggling with his emotions over it.
I gave him my "Hope for Today" book.
Its an okay book but not too relevant to me. I mentioned alanon and he said he didn't feel comfortable talking in a group about it
He said he will read the book
I don't usually bring books to work but for some reason that book wanted to jump in my backpack this morning...and now I know w

Isn't it the greatest feeling when you get those little nudges and follow them? I hope your friend gets some peace from your book.
