Hi Dot (((( hugs all )))) This is so awesome - I think u r saying to contribute to ESH re step one? Poweless - we inherently have a commodity that is called our cultural capital, which includes its ok to say no to someone whose set to pee on our shoes - or at least refusing to let it happen to us or to simply run, because we know better than to let the abuse continue. While I accept my powerlessness over another, I can only let go - give it to god/dess as gentle as I can.
