I am working on the 12 steps. I need help with them. Is someone willing to hlep me?

At first I was totally lost with the steps. But thankfully I was directed to a break down of the steps. It is from a naranon site but it is the same as alanon. I posted it quite a while ago and looked it up the first step explained is on page 16. The 12 steps explained.
