As I read, "This is gonna B a good day," post, I think of something that often crosses my mind: Anyday without bad news, is a good day. Oral Roberts is famous 4 saying, "Something good is going 2 happen 2 U today," and that instills hope in us ALL. On the other hand, alcohol has a habit of draining happiness and is an excellent way of lowering your spirit from blue 2 bluer. So, read positive literature; tell jokes; watch cartoons; play games; share hugs 'n smiles and lots of love...we need love...God is LOVE!!!

That old song Jonny Cash's inlaws sang, "Keep On The Sunnyside...always on the sunnyside, etc." is good advice. In today's world, it is easy to become down-in-the-dumps. And, of course, alcohol consumption and/or withdrawal will drag a person way down, real quick.
