Today is going to be a great day!!

I will see my children (I get them every other weekend).

I will see my wife's children (haven't seen them in over 2 months since all hell broke loose)

My wife will be home and sober.

The sun is shining......somewhere.

It's payday.

It's Friday.

I have Al-anon to support me.

I can choose how to respond to things as they happen.

I am going to choose to be positive, at least for today.
