I just want you to know that I do enjoy your posts, read them, but do not always reply to the ones like this one. I can sure relate to the worries being mind-altering and potent. Worrying has always been a major shortcoming for me and this is something I do and have been trying so hard to overcome. Reading what you put here is sure powerful in that if I put this type of message in my mind, then it will certainly out talk the worry messages that talk to me. your friend in recovery, cdb :)
