Thanks JJ!!! I haven't gone anywhere, just listening I guess. I see from your post that you have been working your step 4, good for you. I as well have been doing the same. I was fortunate enough to find a good sponsor with a solid program last week, he didn't tell me how to do it (step 4) just directed me to the BluePrint for Progress workbook and suggested I get started, this is where I'm at. Thinking about taking a day off for myself for some good alone and "quiet" time and get it done this week. Feels good to be moving foward cause this is where I stalled last time out. Oh step 4 is so trying at first but when you are done it is so rewarding. Glad to here that you are moving forward! It is the best thing that we can do for ourselves.
