About the sping fling - do I just send a note to the address you mentioned and ask them to mail me a registration form?

Yes. That is what to do. Early registration ended March 1st, which was $3. off. Please ask for info registration form AND additional information on where it will be held, times, and a telephone number to call ! [The flyer I received is sketchy and lacked those details!]
